Born and raised in Detroit Michigan,  Anita began to sing as soon as she could talk. Singing all through her childhood, Her  incredible voice led her to Los Angeles where it wasn’t long  before she was a praise and worship leader in one of L.A.’s larges mega churches.  She then moved to plays were she had lead roles like Maria in West Side Story and Dorothy Dandrige in The Dorothy Dandrige Story.  Anita has shared the stage  and worked with names likes, Celine Dion, George Clinton, Rkelly, New House Records and many more.
